Book Launch: The Elegy of His Hands

The photo book by Golara Jahanian, titled The Elegy of His Hands, will be launched on Thursday, September 18 (27 Shahrivar) at the outdoor space of Didar Gallery. The event will also feature a conversation between Golara Jahanian and Mohammad Mehdi Dowlatabadi, writer and psychoanalyst, about the book and its relation to both personal and collective histories.

This book is a visual dialogue between Jahanian and the power of time, portraying the traces of life’s ending in images that search for what history has left behind.
