Riso Printing in a Time of Ceasefire with Ghoroub Studio

One week after the ceasefire was announced, and following forty days of the war imposed on Iran and military attacks by the United States and Israel, we came together to reflect on the days we had lived through and to share our stories with one another. Organized in collaboration with Ghoroub Studio, the workshop provided an opportunity to record and reflect on some of the experiences each of us had carried through those weeks.

At the end of the workshop, each participant produced an independent Risograph-printed zine. These zines offered personal narratives of the imposed war, everyday life, and resistance, and together formed a collection of different perspectives on a shared period of time.
